Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship to Laboratory
Afford the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to ensure safe transit back to our facility.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our dermatological quality team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
